1.1 No Returns Accepted
Due to the exclusive, delicate, and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details, sizing information, and images before placing an order.
1.2 Incorrect or Damaged Product
In the rare event that you receive:
A wrong item
A damaged or defective product
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Once verified, we will offer either:
A replacement (if available), or
A refund as described below.
2.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in limited situations where Jadore Mavie is responsible, such as wrong or damaged products.
2.1 When Refunds Are Eligible
A refund may be initiated only when:
The product delivered was incorrect
The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
The issue has been verified by our support team
Refunds will be issued only after:
Verification of photos/video,
Pickup and inspection (if required), and
Approval by our quality team.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
2.2 Refund Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product has been worn, washed, or used
Tags or original packaging are missing
Proof (photos/video) is not provided
The issue reported is inconsistent with the actual product condition
The customer requests a return for reasons unrelated to product damage or error
3.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only, not returns.
3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for:
Size issues
Color issues (if alternative color is available)
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3.2 Conditions for Exchange Approval
To qualify for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Product must be free from stains, perfume, or wear marks
Exchange approval is subject to stock availability.
4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be processed as the order enters fulfillment.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
4.2 When Cancellations Are Not Allowed
Cancellations cannot be made if:
The order has already been processed or packed
The order has been shipped
A pickup has been scheduled
The order is custom-made or altered
4.3 Cancellation by Jadore Mavie
We may cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock
Payment verification fails
Delivery address is incomplete or undeliverable
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

Return shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from refunds or charged during exchange.
